Company History

1966 Original founder, Toshiaki Ohtaka, established Taiko, Inc.
1992 Shigeaki Ohtaka assumed office as the second-generation president.
2006 The division in charge of Enshu Men Tsumugi became independent from Taiko, and the third-generation president Asahi Ohtaka founded Nukumori Koubou Craft Center, Inc.
2013 Opened the store-cum-office in Somechidai, Hamakita-ku, Hamamatsu City.
